Return Policy

You have 14 days to decide if the item is right for you. If you are not satisfied with an item, you can return it within the return period of 14 days. Id Store will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled or altered and that all labels and tags are attached. The unused item has to be returned in its original packaging for a refund. In the interests of hygiene we do not offer refund on earrings, pierced jewellery.  

You can return your items by sending them back or by bringing them to our store in Haarlem (you can find the address below). Below you find our return form. Print it out and fill in our return form and send it with your package to the address below. If the goods are used, worn, damaged, incomplete or not been send back in it original box then Id Store is not obliged to take back the item.

Refund
Up to 14 working days may pass between the receipt of the return and the refund procedure. The time period depends upon your particular payment. Once your order has been processed your will receive an email confirmation of your return. The amount will be refunded on the account of your original payment method.  

We recommend you send your return using a trackable method! Until we receive your return to our shop, the items and their condition are your responsibility.

Damaged/ Mis-shipped Items
In the unlikely event that you have received an incorrect order or a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will take back the item, exchange it against a new one or credit you the purchase price and sales tax. To do so please go back to Returns.

We offer different shipping options to meet your needs as listed below.

Destination: Holland
Bestellingen die op werkdagen voor 13.00 geplaatst worden, proberen we dezelfde werkdag op de post te doen. We doen ons best om je bestelling zo snel mogelijk bij jou thuis te krijgen. Afhankelijk van de post zal deze bestelling er binnen 2-3 werkdagen zijn.

Verzendkosten: €6,95

Verzending is altijd met PostNL. Daarnaast heb je ook de optie Pick Up at Id Store. We sturen je een smsje wanneer je order klaar is en spreken een dag en tijd af wanneer je, je order oppikt bij onze voordeur.

When ordering multiple products, the weight of your order will be heavier and therefore shipping costs may, in some cases, be higher. 

Payment

Online you can pay with Pay-Pal. If you see something online that you like and you don't have a Pay-Pal account, you can always send us a dm on instagram or an email (idbasicstorehaarlem@gmail.com) and we can arrange a tikkie payment.

Privacy

The confidential treatment of your data is our highest priority. We therefore take the protection of your personal data very serious. In the following, we will give you information on how we ensure this protection and which kind of data will be required for which purpose.

You can use our website without providing personal data (e.g. name, address, date of birth, sex, e-mail, payment data etc.). When using our website, only the data which is transferred automatically from your Internet browser to our web server due to technical reasons when accessing our website is saved. This includes, inter alia, the IP address, date and time of access, URL of the referring website, accessed file, amount of transmitted data, browser type, browser version and operating system. We solely use this access data in a non-personalized manner for the improvement of our internet site and for statistical purposes. We only save your IP address during the usage process (so-called session ID). A user-based analysis of this data does not take place. We only collect personal data, if you transmit them to us while ordering goods displayed on our website, through sending an e-mail, registering for our newsletter or in any other voluntary way. We use these in accordance with legal regulations, exclusively for the purposes of justification, execution and processing of the contractual relationship and the sales contracts with you. Your personal data and a summary of your orders are stored by us to offer a faster and better service to you in the future. We only disseminate your personal data when dissemination is necessary for the purposes of justification, execution and processing of the contractual relationship and sales contracts with you (e.g. for the delivery of the order). Furthermore, we only forward your personal data when you have explicitly agreed to this dissemination or transmission.
